Aggregated visit data (always)

Vercel Analytics collects anonymous, cookie-free performance metrics (page load times, Core Web Vitals). No personal data or cross-site tracking.

Contact and booking data

When you book a call via Cal.com, you provide your name, email, and any notes. This data is stored and processed by Cal.com under their own privacy policy.

Chatbot conversations

Messages sent to our site chatbot are processed by Groq (LLaMA model) and are not stored by TBS beyond the current session.

Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months by default. Vercel Analytics data is aggregated and not linked to individuals. Booking data is retained for the duration of our business relationship and deleted upon request.

Our site is served over HTTPS (TLS encryption) via Vercel's global CDN. We do not store payment information. Contact form data is transmitted securely.
